IRM is delighted to announce new software for Marina Master, available from September 2011

Marina Master provides a strong competitive advantage for marinas. The new Executive Information System (EIS), provides additional options for accurate and fast decision-making.

Version 9.0 offers a better quality approach to Customer Relationship Management (CRM),  providing  the customers with website access to all the information. There they can order services, extend contracts, or check their vessel or financial situation.  With pre-prepared solutions available on the websites, and using 'cloud computing', web services can be integrated with other customer applications.

Marina Master allows direct e-mail and SMS transmission to customers' mobile phones and also has the whole correspondence incorporated into the system.

In order to improve control for competent staff over the marina, Marina Master can also be used by the Android operation system.
